Day 13 – Dinner
I have a rotten flu. It first reared its ugly little head yesterday so I started taking some immunity vitamins but I woke up feeling fine. It lasted until about 10.30, then I went downhill quickly. By 4.30 I was tucked up in bed, so dinner is leftovers.
Lamb stew and vegetables, with some nuts and half a raw food bar, and a cup of cacao and maca with coconut milk.
I’m going to drink a heap of water and keep taking vitamins and rest, rest, rest.
